Re: 1st email from Spearman - "Help required - SOLOS (3:31 clock)
I'm sure I tried a Spearman thing before after an IQ post, but it asked for details and I thought, bugger off you phisher. I may be wrong. But I have to get ready and get out again! Too much to do!
Re: 1st email from Spearman - "Help required - SOLOS (3:31 clock)
Anyway, I'm 43 now, getting older and both my grandparents on my mum's side died of Alzheimer's, so I'm not sure I want to know how close I am to any dementia happening!

Hey
hey did anyone else notice that once you entered the competition it said 'THANK YOU AWAIT FURTHER INTRUCTIONS' with a misspelling of instructions...no 's'...just doesn't seem like they'd make a spelling mistake so think this might be something else. i 've also emailed spearman back but no reply as yet...i'm sooo excited!!!

Re: 1st email from Spearman - "Help required - SOLOS (3:31 clock)
Helen, my head may burst and this is all going to kill me. I read some of the things on various other sites yesterday. I think we need to be looking at Pythagoras too maybe and that 'the motion is impossible and what we see as motion is an illusion' kind of suits the stopped clock. I have a bit more to read. But I really do have to stop after that and do something else! It's all linked to blog posts; the beings, non-beings, God/no God stuff, but fishing out relevant clues at this point is something else.
And there is the mirroring thing again and up/down language, always opposites and complements and no reality except what we make of it really. Is that the key?

Re: 1st email from Spearman - "Help required - SOLOS (3:31 clock)
mold uni lecturer used to say there was no such thing as a fact and that the past never existed. i've covered a bit of this ground before. ok if some of you think that pythagoras might be involved. wll dig out bertarnd russell book ( incidently derren did a caraciture of him).

Just checked my e-mails - nothing there...
Decided to reply to Spearman at exactly 3.31 to see if anything happens.

First Email From Spearman - aspmcpo.jpg (clock showing 3:31)
Hiya,
Just thought I'd start a dedicated thread for this image:
It doesn't seem to be a direct time reference (nothing unusual to report on derrenbrown.co.uk, or the blog, at 3:31am and 3:31pm following the email). Any other thoughts?
Incidently... 3:31 is 221 minutes or 12,660 seconds, or 29 minutes to 4. Oh, and there have been around 49 comments posted on the DB blog at that time (on various days): Google search

unless its that post from an hour ago. in hawaii it would have been 3:41am so maybe phillis is running late?

Re: 1st email from Spearman - "Help required - SOLOS (3:31 clock)
You know, I write all these things down. Then I forget about em! Must keep the figures together. Still, they'll be on one of the 6xA4 pages scrawled on. Or the wee notebook from my bag. Or the back of that letter for the mole appointment I missed last time... that reminds me...
