I went.
I bought a ticket for £35 for the VIP night. Then a day before the event I got an email inviting me to it for free! But I didn't see that until after the event. Could have saved myself a weeks shopping! Never mind.
It was a brilliant evening and it was great to see Derren's prints up close. What struck me was how much it looked like he'd enjoyed painting them, especially Rufus, which was my favourite of the 3. He's an extemely talented painter.
He wasn't there that I saw. I got there a little bit later so maybe he was there at the start of the night I don't know. Vic Reeves was there and I met Tara Palmer Tompkinson and had a lovely chat with her. She's adorable, love her!!!
