Thanks! Some are better than others, but it's nice knowing that Derren has seen at least a couple of them, and Coops one of the others. Makes all the time & effort I put in worthwhile really.

Yes, thanks for posting the vids, Claire! I actually just found your youtube playlist the other day and was going through the collection. There are a number of really amazing fan videos out there, yours included, but it's been quite a while since I've seen many new ones. Most of my favorite videos tend to date from 2007-2008. Maybe it's because Derren's focused so heavily on his stage shows and also specials which maybe don't lend themselves as well to fan videos as TV series. Have you noticed any good new fanvids pop up recently?

It makes me think I need to do my part by learning video editing.

Thank you! I don't see so many new Derren fan vids on there much, no. Hence probably why I've done so many. OK, I admit that some of mine are a bit crap but I enjoy doing them, and I do get a real kick out of viewing the final product.

I agree that there are some really good ones on YouTube if you hunt around. But I think I've probably got the largest collection of DB fan vids, (that I've actually made myself), on there. And I don't mean to blow my own trumpet. Pah, OK, I'm blowing it!

Another video I've just done. As usual it got totally lost when I posted it on Twitter, nor got much response on FB, so maybe it's crap. But thought I'd post it on here anyway....what the hell, eh?

I really really love that video Claire, it's probably my favourite. It ties in nicely with Derren's tenth anniversary on Channel 4, and the neat survey of his vast body of work (not to mention his books) serves as a powerful reminder of just how good he is (and just how lucky we are!)

I did give him a DVD last year at Crawley (obviously missing a couple of the later ones). Derren has seen a couple of my vids, so I wasn't too bothered as to whether he ever watched it or not. Would love him to see my later ones now though. But not sure I'd bother him with another home-made DVD.

He definitely saw the birthday one you did because he recognised me from it the first time I met him at Torquay Enigma.

I think he'd enjoy seeing some more of your videos Claire, but I would understand if you didn't want to give them to him. They're still great to watch either way!

I know, I couldn't believe that cos noone is on that video for very long. That he'd actually watched it (which we knew he had) but to actually remember you from it was really wonderful!
