Derren's pickpocket routine has always been among my favorites:

It'll never get old. I only wish I could have witnessed him pull this off as a close-up magic routine back in his Bristol days.
Actually, I'm a tiny bit surprised that he's never revisited pickpocketing since Mind Control (unless I am missing something). I'm sure he could find some way to incorporate it while still finding a unique and interesting presentation.

No problem. Will you be catching Svengali this year, or are you hoping for a Broadway run at the end of next year's tour? I think a Broadway run in June-July 2012 is quite possible.

I have a few weeks off after finishing my degree this spring, and a grandmother who wants to return to Ireland...so surprisingly there's a strong possibility I will catch Svengali.

Definitely hoping for a broadway run in 2012, however! We have a group of at least 5 people ready to see him in New York should that happen! Fingers crossed.
