I made my comment at 18.12 but it shows as 11.12 if that helps.

Somewhere on the west coast of the USA, Canada, I think. Might just be a North American site though. Hmm....

I think it works out as 190 degrees SbW 55 degrees East North East...
I have NO idea how you'd find that on a map I'm hopeless at Geography.

If you look on a map and go 190degrees (just left of south), it points towards Marrakesh.

so where do we go from marrakech?

I wrote to Spearman:

Mr Spearman,

I truly want to help you, but I need to prove in my on mind that you are the right choice. With the information we have now, it is just an
arbitrary decision, like a flip of the coin. You gave us 3 pieces to your puzzle, yet we have only understood the third piece.

Can you tell me, do all three pieces of the puzzle help us declare our allegiance to you, or will we need some of this information once we we progress from here and come to your assistance?

To which he replied:

The answer was the important thing. Had you taken the point of the clocks they may have pointed you in the right direction, but it was the choice that mattered.
I will be in contact later today, if all goes well. I have communicated as much as I could, but there are things that prevent me speaking openly to you.

Which leads me to believe the that clocks are not relevant now that we have answered Spearman & Lox's riddles. I suspect it's possible that because we struggled so much with the clocks that they let us off easy with the riddles in order for us to continue. I think the blog post about Andy and the location Marrakesh are the key things to concentrate on for "Team Spearman".

Perhaps once this new plot twist has sunk in we'll get a little more info from Spearman.

Would still like to decode the clocks properly to satisfy my curoisity though...
