Hmm, i thought the girl sounded like she said "spearman said get out of oxford", though listening to it again it does sound like "derren"... the actual voicemail isn't any clearer I'm afraid. I suspect it's too muffled, and you just hear what you want to - definitely 2 syllables and ends in a "n" sound though!

Can I suggest that we all make sure we've got voicemail activated on our mobiles if possible, although I wonder if we would be able to interact if we answer a call.

i had a missed call from blocked number at 10.36 this morning, i have voicemail but nothing left, probably coincidence

The call came from a "withheld" number, and went to answerphone as I didn't see my phone in time... quite glad it did though, as if I had to remember all that from listening to it once I'd be hopeless!!

I'm guessing it's a recorded snippet though, hence the gap at the beginning (where i'd have said "Hello?") and the confusion between who the chap on the phone is talking to - me or the girl in the background. If I had answered, I could easily have believed he was being hassled and couldn't answer me.

When Jaykay comes online she might be able to confirm if my recording was the same as hers - I think Hannah mentioned she had a call too.

I think the last bit she says is definitely "Spearman says get out of Oxford".

Im not sure, but at 2:07 i had a call from a withheld number.. i answered and the other person hung up.. im not sure if this is coincidence or what.. but yeah. if it wasnt a coincidence does it mean that they hang up specifically so we cannot say anything to them or ask anything?

My thought is that Oxford is nothing to do with the comp, as this fits in with the email saying we are over complicating things. Or it could be an insane double bluff. But I think we're on wrong track...

People were talking about oxford yesterday, so i think that we are being told that oxford has nothing to do with it

If Lox tells us to not believe him, maybe we should stay on the oxford theme, he may be trying to confuse us

Aaah!!! This is all just too much!!

If spearman is after our help (that what it says in the first email) the voicemail is from spearman, so why would he/she tell us to get out of oxford if we were in the right place
