Poster task - send your message to the world

from what i can see the letters circled are OND (FROM LONDON) & BURY (FROM CANTERBURY)
I can't really make out the wording down below though but i will keep trying.

So, we're just kinda printing and pasting?

I'm not with Spearman, but might put the picture in my front window anyway.

Will give my house some mysterious Kerb appeal...

Maybe it's not a great idea to litter the streets with posters - just thinking what Phillis might say. I'm scared of her now!

To be honest, Helen, I dunno. My computer took a hairy on me and when I came back, Spearman had sent tweets with pix of posters and that's basically how we've to spread the word, 'We know about the box'. I dunno why we aren't looking at the map and stuff any longer. I dunno why the box and poster thing has surged ahead of that. Maybe I am terribly thick. I guess I am. Anyhow, that's what we're doing now.

But do we just print and paste or do we design our own? And can some lovely person please send me the URL for the box as I lost it when my Mac had an eppie.

Ok, I shall print off a couple of posters and place them in prominent locations where the location can be easily seen. Photographs to prove that this has been done will be submitted to Spearman via Flickr/Twitpic. It is getting towards dusk as of this timestamp, so from dawn tomorrow.

If I get the chance this weekend I'll put it into illustrator and see if it can scale it better

I've heard you have to video yourself doing a dance in-front of your poster location and post it online

If the equation hasn't been determined whilst I have been at work then it is the Gamma function.

Just uploading the quick ones that my hubby just did, and am going to do some more tomorrow to put in our car when you drive about lol

Please, if you start a new thread because something else comes in, please let others know this is happening. there are threads up on the pages that others don't know exist. Don't leave folks dangling, please try to be as helpful as possible. I know I'm an old nag. If we all know where we are, then that makes the place a bit tidier and easier for those who've been out all day to catch up. x

The common element seems to be that they all relate to the events:

The balloon, like the little girl in the trailer for the events
Concentric circles on the middle posters
Then red and black as was an ongoing theme, including for the casinos

Am I behind? Should I ask SPearman about that?

I don't log onto a computer for half a day and all this is happening! Frantically trying to catch up!

Someone was asking what the constraints of the integration equation was: I think they're infinity (∞) and zero.

Also, someone was saying that the equation is: rω = S e^-e t^λ-1 dt (sorry about the S, I can't seem to find how to add a proper integration sign)

However, since the notation dt is being used, it is probably more likely for it to be: rω = S^∞₀ e^-t t^λ-1 dt

Also, we seem to think that there's a "ω" next to the r - in order for this to be a function, this isn't right - it'd have to be a letter or number (which we can't see too clearly) inbetween two brackets.

Let the confusion begin!
